Our task was to create a portal that would combine two main functions allowing to:​

• build a community around the Tefal Companion device,​
• sell the device along with accessories.

We have created a portal that combines the idea of a store and a cookbook that includes not only the recipes provided by the brand but also those created by the users themselves, as a result contributing to a community being built.​ ​

Thanks to this, the portal not only serves as a store but it also helps to establish a long-term relationship with the buyers and attracts new fans.

Each user can create and upload their own recipe, which may be then tried out by other users with the use of the Companion line products. Such recipes furthermore complement the comprehensive base of recipes provided by the manufacturer of the device.

If a user is interested in a given recipe, they do not need to make a list of ingredients; it is enough to provide a mobile phone number or an e-mail address to which the relevant information will be sent. In addition, the user may also follow the profiles of their favourite authors, rate the recipes and save them for later.
